Wildlands Expansion (Patch Notes May 19, 2024) is a major expansion for Outlands, introducing significant new skills, combat mechanics, zones, systems, items, and quality-of-life features.
This expansion brought the Arcane skill and Focus skill, overhauled several existing skills and combat mechanics including Weapon Abilities, introduced new Aspects (Arcane, Frost, Madness, Lightning) while rebalancing others, and added the Kraul Hive dungeon.
Major new systems include the Redline System for end-game progression, Pit Trials with Fossil Collections, the Time Dungeon with unique Runes and Relics, and significant updates to Ships including new sizes and abilities.
Quality-of-life improvements cover new storage options like Vaults and Wardrobes, housing lotteries for the expansion landmass, Mount Breeding additions including Aspect Hues, and numerous updates to Mastery Chains, Achievements, Bosses/Netherzones, and Factions.
